Event Overview:
 This pre-sales Technical Training course is designed to help students develop a technical proficiency focusing on positioning, differentiating Polycom’s Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. The student will learn how to discuss feature benefits, setting and available options as well as how to differentiate the various IP family models.

Upon course completion the student will be able to:
Identify Polycom’s IP product family and compare features
Explain SIP and its features and describe SIP call flow scenarios
Demonstrate understanding of software provisioning
Define security protocols used in the phone technology
Demonstrate a basic install and basic configuration tasks
Perform a variety of advanced configuration tasks
Describe advanced VoIP features
Use a variety of network troubleshooting techniques and resources to troubleshoot Polycom phones
Demonstrate understanding of how software updates are released and distributed
Explain how to get support from Polycom and where to find additional resources and information on products
Configure the User Interface, frequently requested features
Override files
Install, provision Polycom phones
