Event Overview:
 This course is designed for SEs and sales representatives that require in depth knowledge of Polycom’s VSG products enabling them to engage in technical discussions when selling solutions best suited to the customer’s needs.

Upon successful completion of this course SE and Sales Representatives will be able to:
Describe core features of the Converged Management Application (CMA) and Converged Management Application Desktop (CMA-S)
Describe core features of the Distributed Media Application (DMA)
Identify RMX real time media conferencing platform hardware components and functions and differentiate among the product lines
List the features and benefits of the Polycom Recording and Streaming solutions:
 
• Recording and Streaming Server (RSS)
• Video Media Center (VMC)
• Polycom Recording Studio (PRS)
• Polycom Video Edge (PVE)
• Polycom Digital Signage (PDS
Review firewall and security issues solved by the Polycom Video Border Proxy (VBP)

Please note: Your company must be approved for VSG Infrastructure and attendee(s) must complete the VSG Infrastructure Sales Training Course and Exam online (in Polycom University) prior to taking this training.
