Important Information for New Customers

Become a customer and a partner and strengthen your market position and your bottom line. Our Account Managers and Engineers deliver customized, innovative solutions for you and your customers. The Westcon Group Financial Services Team is able to help you finance these solutions through in-house programs and partnerships with various companies to assist you in growing your business. The first step to join us as a partner is to get your Westcon Collaboration account opened. It’s an easy process and takes just a short time; however, the rewards are exceptional.

  1. Download the Westcon Group Account Set Up Application

  2. Completely fill out the documents (be sure to initial page 2). Provide all the supporting documents listed on the first page under the "Attachments" section. Failure to attach the proper documents or submitting incomplete paperwork will delay account set up process.

Please note: Westcon Group utilizes electronic invoicing and requires a valid e-mail address for invoices to be forwarded to representatives within your company's accounts payable department.

  3. Provide ALL of your Sales Tax Documents. Please take a moment to complete the appropriate forms and submit the correct information. This will ensure you are only charged Sales Tax at the appropriate time. Please review the states and special requirements below, as well as to get forms you may need.
